Guest Information Regarding Coronavirus

In these times of uncertainty, we want to get things right for you. We’ve used this moment of pause to ensure every lodge is even cleaner and safer than before. So when the time comes for you to take a well-earned break you can relax knowing everything has been taken care of.

Following Government advice in relation to COVID-19, Upton Lakes & Lodges holiday park will remain closed until Saturday 4 July 2020

CLEAN AND SAFE

Our priority at this time is to keep our guests safe and informed. We know that you are as excited as we are to be able to travel and take time out. We also understand that our guests’ expectations for cleaning and disinfection have changed. That’s why we have rigorous cleaning standards to provide complete peace of mind to you and to keep all of us safe.

TRACK AND TRACE

Before your arrival, you will receive an email with a link to a secure form to supply all the names and contact details of the guests in your booking. This is in accordance with the COVID-19 Government guidance for guest accommodation where we have been asked to support the NHS Test and Trace system. We are required to keep a temporary record of all of our guests for 21 days to ensure that we are able to assist NHS Test and Trace with requests for data if needed to help contain clusters or outbreaks.

STAY WITH CONFIDENCE

If we close due to COVID-19, you’ll be able to amend your break or get a refund through Hoseaseons. Whether you’ve got a booking or are thinking about your next break, we’re here for you. Social distance in the beautiful Devon countryside and experience fresh air and freedom because now is the time to deepen your connection with nature.

CLEAN CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

With the added bonus of contactless check-in / check-out, you can be assured we have made your holiday as safe as possible. Prior to your arrival, you will be contacted using the telephone number associated with your booking and provided with a code to the key safe on your lodge where you will find your key to access your lodge. You can arrive any time from 5pm onwards on the day of your arrival. You will be asked to fill out a short COVID-19 related questionnaire to reduce the potential risk of exposure to our staff and guests. Your participation is important to help us take precautionary measures and protect you and our employees.
