Upton Lakes Sublet Management Scheme

Our services include:
- Dedicated park managers to look after your account
- Regular reporting on booking statistics, financial infromation and all necessary administration.
- Coordination of the relevant health and safety requirements eg Fire Audit, Fire extinguisher assessment, Annual Landlords gas safety check and relevant certificates & PAT tests
- Regular inventory checking service
- Organising the replacement of inventory pack items and the repair and renewals of appliances and Lodge furnishings during the period of rental
- General standard maintenance and repairs.
- 24 Hour on park service – including security and customer care
- Website
- Key handling and face to face check in service
- 24 hour telephone enquiry service
- Coordination of Marketing and pricing plans
- Coordinating payments of commission charges to 3rd party agents
- Routine on site standard health and safety checks and reporting
(The costs relating to certain items that are the owners financial responsibility will be either deducted from the revenue transferred to the lodge owner on a bi annual basis or for certain items, payment may be required prior to purchase)
Additional services
As part of our Sublet Management Scheme, we also offer the following services. These are not included within our commission charges and an additional cost for each of these services will apply:
Cleaning and Linen Service
We will clean your lodge to a high standard and make up all beds in readiness for each new guest's arrival. The cost of all linen, towels and cleaning supplies are included within this service.
Hot tub management Service:
Offering a hot tub with your lodge is a huge selling point when marketing your lodge all year round. We feel this is a contributing factor in achieving our high occupancy levels and it is imperitive that this facility is managed effectively and safely.
Upton Lakes offer a hot tub management package which would be an obligatiory requirement should your lodge have a hot tub.
Furniture Package
Upton Lakes can supply you with a contemporary appliance & soft furnishing accessory pack which would include all of the obligatory inventory items which are a requirement should you choose to sublet your lodge at Upton Lakes. This pack will include items such as patio furniture, BBQs through to cutlery and crockery etc (Please ask to see a list of inventory items included within this package)
