The Coachhouse

This mini Lodge is our newest addition available to site at Upton Lakes proving that great things can come in small packages! Built to the same exacting standards as the full size lodge, the mini lodge is a slimmed down version, cleverly designed and still able to incorporate either two or three bedrooms and two bathrooms, sleeping up to 4-6 people, this lodge is an ideal retreat for smaller families and couples. Available in 13, 14 and 16ft widths and comes in 40, 42 or 44ft lengths.
The mini lodge offers affordable luxury! The beauty of this starter lodge is that you will be buying the same quality as the larger units and therefore qualify for the full 50 year license. Beware other manufacturers products that can cost over £50K, but have to be replaced after 10 years!

When the Wessex design team set to work on the Summerhouse their brief was to create a spacious lodge experience from a compact footprint that would provide the ideal base for indulgent, memorable holidays at an exceptional price. Another tall order, but with such a track record of success in creating ground breaking products like the Escape, Deckhouse and Hideaway, we knew our designers would produce something special.
