We have carefully selected Wessex Park Homes to work closely with us to create your luxury lodge at Upton Lakes. Wessex are members of the British Holiday & Home Parks Association, the National Park Home Council and the Gold Shield 10 year guarantee scheme, and their reputation for innovation, quality and customer service is recognised throughout their industry as second to none.

Having worked with them successfully to create our first 5 luxury lodges, they were the natural choice to make when choosing our supplier for our next development. We are also extremely eager to support local business in our venture and they are based in Blandford Forum and Sherborne, and their head office and manufacturing facility occupies a nine acre site and employs over 100 people, making them a major employer in this rural area.

Buying a holiday lodge will undoubtedly be one of the most important decisions you make. You can be sure that Wessex will design and construct your new home to the very highest standards and equip and finish it to an exacting specification. Wessex will tailor your lodge to your specific requirements, they generally offer three colour schemes for each range, however, for those who have their own concept or ideas in mind, they are very experienced and willing to work with you and Upton Lakes to create bespoke design solutions to enable you to exercise your creativity.

Our NEW exclusive Upton Lakes "Escape" Lodge


We are extremely proud of our new "Escape" Lodge, having carefully designed it ourselves, based on our experience of what features we hear attract vistors to Upton Lakes and what we know would provide the optimum income should you decide to let your lodge through our Sublet Management Scheme.

This unique side aspect lodge is a feature you will find on very few other parks. We feel it's position maximises the views from every room in the lodge, and gives each room individual access to the decking area. The full length of the open plan lounge/kitchen and dining area has been fitted with tri fold doors, which enables you to bring the OUTSIDE - INSIDE!  In addition to this, other features include Oak laminate flooring, real woodburner and breakfast bar. Due to the quality and thought that has gone into this lodge design, Hoseasons predict increased brochure prices of on average between £70 - £100 per booking, compared to our current Elm Lodge.
